Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed from our facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost and transit time

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions and destination. Transit time depends on the service selected and begins the day after the order ships.

Freight and bulk orders

Pallet, drum and high-volume orders ship by LTL freight. Contact us for a freight quote before placing the order.

Hazardous materials

Certain lubricants, brake fluids, aerosols and adhesives are classified as hazardous materials and may be restricted to ground shipping, may carry an additional handling fee, and cannot be shipped to some destinations. Any restriction will be communicated before the order is charged.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Reshipment of a returned package is at the customer's expense.

Returns & RMA Policy

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all labels intact.

How to return an item

• Email parts@noovagroupllc.com with your order reference and the part number.
• We issue an RMA number and return instructions.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Packages received without an RMA number may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned

• Opened fluids, lubricants, additives, chemicals and aerosols.
• Electrical and electronic components once installed or unsealed.
• Products showing signs of installation, use or modification.
• Special-order and non-stocking items.

Refunds and shipping costs

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a shipping damage claim.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge until they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process applies.

Warranty & Fitment

Manufacturer warranty

All products are covered by the warranty offered by their respective manufacturer. Noova Group LLC does not extend any additional warranty beyond that of the manufacturer. Warranty claims are processed according to each manufacturer's policy and may require the claim to be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

Fitment responsibility

Product listings show the manufacturer part number and the stated application. Several products are universal or require verification against the vehicle identification number (VIN). It is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment before ordering.

You can save your vehicle in My Garage on our store, or send us your year, make, model, engine and VIN and we will help verify the correct part number before you place the order.

Installation

Products should be installed by a qualified technician following the manufacturer's instructions and torque specifications. Noova Group LLC is not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, racing use, or use of a product outside its stated application.

Competition and off-road products

Some performance products are intended for competition or off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state and local emissions and vehicle regulations.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Order information: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
• Vehicle information: if you save a vehicle in My Garage, it is stored in your browser and attached to your order so we can verify fitment.
• Approximate location: we estimate your ZIP code from your internet connection to display delivery estimates. This is stored only in your browser and can be changed by you at any time.
• Payment information: card details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, confirm part fitment, provide customer service, handle returns and warranty claims, and comply with tax and legal obligations. If you subscribe to our list, we may send product and pricing updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the store: with shipping carriers to deliver your order, with our payment processor to charge your card, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage

Our store uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart, saved vehicle, delivery ZIP code and recently viewed products. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing parts@noovagroupllc.com. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms. This store is operated by Noova Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States.

Products, brands and trademarks

All brand names, logos, part numbers and product descriptions are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products offered for sale. Noova Group LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of any manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Stock levels are shown as accurately as possible but availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder or a refund.

Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, part numbers or availability, and to cancel any order affected by such an error. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you receive a full refund.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed available stock, or that we are unable to fulfil.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. For tax-exempt or resale purchases, send us your resale certificate before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Noova Group LLC for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, vehicle downtime or loss of use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these policies. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
